How do I find a detailed Philippine Map for my Magellan eXplorist 500LE?
I need help looking a Philippine Map for my Magellan eXplorist 500LE unit. All the Mapsend softwares offer maps for USA, Canada or Europe, but none for the Philippines. When we go fishing and we’re in the middle of the sea, I’d like to be able to pinpoint exactly where I am and know the surrounding islands around me. Where can I find a Philippine map for my handheld GPS? Also, how do I upload it in my unit? Thanks so much.
i dont have a magellan & i dont know the mapsend system & if they can accommodate maps from other systems. i have a tomtom & i can download from their site directly. & yes i do believe no philippine maps there as well.
but i did find links where you can download gps maps for the philippines. although i know that among the countries in the region, the philippines are among the hardest maps to find, so happy hunting.
