Return a GPS navigation system to Best Buy?
I’m pissed because I bought a Tom Tom for 500 dollars without researching it. I looked it up online and I would of bought the Garman equivalent for 350. I tried to return it and their return policy has a 15% restocking fee for GPS systems. What should I do lie and say its broken? Microwave it so it actually is? Even if I do that I think they will give me the same exact one.
I’m just pissed I let the guy talk me up to the more expensive one.
Tell them that it keeps a signal for about 30 mins then completely goes away. tell them you found out while going out of state and had to purchase a different gps while in that state so they cant just give you a replacement. make it something they cant find out at the returns counter. Unfortunately anything over 250 they have to send the refund out in the mail. so weigh your options
